Flaky and delicious, this peach cobbler recipe is a DCI favorite!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 cups sliced peaches (use juice also)

Instructions

1. Mix together plain flour, sugar and baking powder.
2. Add milk (or coffee creamer) and mix.
3. Add peaches with juice. Mix.
