Festive Cranberry Stuffing

This festive cranberry stuffing is sure to be a hit at your Thanksgiving dinner table. It's low in phosphorus, potassium and sodium, so it's dialysis diet approved! Not only is it moist, savory and delicious, it's also easy to make, ready in less than an hour, with only seven ingredients. You do not want to miss this!

  • 3 cups soft, stale bread, cubed (about 3 to 4 slices)
  • ¼ teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1 cup tart apples, diced and peeled
  • ¼ cup apple juice
  • ½ cup raw cranberries, diced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup celery, chopped
