Festive Cranberry Stuffing

Ingredients
- 3 cups soft, stale bread, cubed (about 3 to 4 slices)
- ¼ teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 cup tart apples, diced and peeled
- ¼ cup apple juice
- ½ cup raw cranberries, diced
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup celery, chopped

Instructions
