The Paris family's favorite peach dessert
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 30 minutes
Total Time 40 minutes
- 1/2 c. plain flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. milk or use coffee creamer for lower phosphorus
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 c. sliced peaches use juice also
Mix together plain flour, sugar and baking powder.
Add milk (or coffee creamer) and mix.
Add peaches with juice. Mix.
Pour into a baking dish.
Bake at 350°F until thick and brown on top.
