Strawberry Cobbler

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (plain)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 20 oz frozen unsweetened strawberries
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine flour, baking powder and 1/2 cup sugar in a bowl. Add the water, then pour into greased 9x16x2 inch baking dish. 

  2. Heat strawberries and the other 1/2 cup sugar in saucepan until it boils. Pour over batter.

  3. Bake cobbler until golden brown, about 30 minutes.

Serving Suggestions: You can substitute raspberries, blackberries, or any other low potassium fruit.
