17 Jul Strawberry Cobbler
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (plain)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 20 oz frozen unsweetened strawberries
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine flour, baking powder and 1/2 cup sugar in a bowl. Add the water, then pour into greased 9x16x2 inch baking dish.
Heat strawberries and the other 1/2 cup sugar in saucepan until it boils. Pour over batter.
Bake cobbler until golden brown, about 30 minutes.

Serving Suggestions: You can substitute raspberries, blackberries, or any other low potassium fruit.
