Ingredients
  • 3 cups soft, stale bread, cubed (about 3 to 4 slices)
  • 1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1 cup tart apples (diced and peeled)
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 cup raw cranberries (diced)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup celery (chopped)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to mix.
  3. Place in a lightly greased casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes.
