Ice Cream Sandwhiches
A nice summer treat for a hot day
- 10 plain graham crackers
- 20 T. Nondairy (Lite, Cool Whip)
- Break graham crackers in half.
- Spread 2 T. of cool whip on 1 half.
- Top with other half of cracker.
- Put on tray and freeze for several hours.
- When frozen, wrap individual sandwiches in Saran Wrap.
For a higher protein variation, add whey protein powder to cool whip. (Not included in Nutritional Analysis).
