11 Sep Easy Gravy
A quick multi-use gravy, low sodium, potassium and phosphorus
- 2 c. low sodium chicken or beef broth
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/3 c. corn starch
- Mix together all ingredients until there are no lumps and pour into a sauce pan.
- Cook over medium heat stirring frequently (use a whisk) until thickened.
- Let boil slowly for 2 minutes and serve over rice, noodles, meat etc.
