Cottage Cheese Salad
- 2 lb cottage cheese (creamed)
- 6 oz juiced packed crushed pineapple (drained)
- 8 oz whipped cream
- 3 oz JELL-O (lime or raspberry)

Mix dry JELL-O into cottage cheese.

Add drained pineapple.

Fold in whipped cream. Refrigerate.
