Cottage Cheese Salad

  • 2 lb cottage cheese (creamed)
  • 6 oz juiced packed crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 8 oz whipped cream
  • 3 oz JELL-O (lime or raspberry)
  1. Mix dry JELL-O into cottage cheese. 

  2. Add drained pineapple. 

  3. Fold in whipped cream. Refrigerate.
