Ingredients

  • 2 lb low-sodium cottage cheese creamed
  • 6 oz juiced packed crushed pineapple drained
  • 8 oz whipped cream
  • 3 oz JELL-O lime or raspberry

Instructions

  1. Mix dry JELL-O into low-sodium cottage cheese. 

  2. Add drained pineapple. 

  3. Fold in whipped cream. Refrigerate.
