Butter Muffins

  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 c. unsalted butter or margarine (melted)
  1. Stir together all ingredients just until blended. Spoon batter into lightly greased miniature muffin pans, filling to the top.
  2. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
