Ingredients
  1. 2 ½ c. rice, cooked, salt-free
  2. 1 (10-oz.) package frozen green peas, cooked and drained
  3. 1 medium onion, chopped
  4. 1/4 c. margarine, unsalted
  5. 1 T. lemon juice
  6. 1/2 tsp. thyme
Instructions
  1. Sauté chopped onion in margarine until tender.
  2. Add rice, green peas, lemon juice, thyme and liquid smoke.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes.
