Ingredients
  1. 1/2 c. sour cream, regular or lite
  2. 3 T. white vinegar
  3. 1 T. sugar
  4. pepper to taste
  5. 4 medium cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
  6. 1 small yellow or red onion, sliced thin
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, whisk sour cream, vinegar, sugar, and pepper until blended.
  2. Add cucumber and onion; toss to coat.
  3. Refrigerate covered.
