Job Description:

Required Qualifications:
Must have graduated from an accredited registered nursing program and possess a current NYS RN license and maintain certification on CPR. Must have at least 12 months’ experience in clinical nursing plus an additional 6 months’ experience in nursing care of patients with permanent renal failure (dialysis or kidney transplantation) including training in and experience with the dialysis process OR 18 months’ experience in nursing care of patients on maintenance dialysis or with kidney transplants, including training in and experience with the dialysis process [Federal Regulations 405.2102 42 CFR Ch. IV (d)]. Supervisory experience preferred.
