Job Description:
Nutrition services shall be provided to a patient and the
patient’s caregiver to maintain or improve the nutritional
status. Provide ongoing monitoring or assessment to determine
the need for timely intervention and follow up, which includes
but is not limited to weight changes, blood chemistries,
adequacy of dialysis, and medication changes. Will participate
in QA/Quality Improvement in a team review. Recommend diets in
consideration of cultural or religious preferences.
Required
Qualifications:
Baccalaureate or advanced degree with major studies in food
and nutrition or dietetics. Has at least 1 year of experience in
clinical nutrition. Eligible for registration by the American
Dietetic Association.
