Easy Gravy

A quick multi-use gravy, low sodium, potassium and phosphorus

Ingredients

  • 2 c. low sodium chicken or beef broth
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/3 c. corn starch

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients until there are no lumps and pour into a sauce pan.
  2. Cook over medium heat stirring frequently (use a whisk) until thickened.
  3. Let boil slowly for 2 minutes and serve over rice, noodles, meat etc.
