DCI Boston is an outpatient dialysis facility located adjacent to and affiliated with the Tufts-New England Medical Center Division of Nephrology and the Tufts-NEMC Kidney and Blood Pressure Center. Our medical staff is open to all qualified nephrologists, and we serve patients from the entire Greater Boston area. We are very proud of our technically expert, very dedicated and caring, and unusually experienced dialysis patient care staff. Half of our dialysis nurses have worked in dialysis for at least 24 years; half have worked at Tufts-New England Medical Center and DCI Boston for at least 18 years. The nursing staff also perform hemodialysis treatment for patients hospitalized at Tufts-NEMC, providing more than 3000 treatments annually, a third of them in intensive care units. Half of our dialysis technicians have worked at DCI Boston for 9 years or more. A number of them joined our patient care staff after careers as physicians in other countries. We have a special commitment to serve our neighbors in Boston's Asian-American community. We strive to offer all our patients care that is both highly personal and technically excellent.
