Ingredients
  1. 2 c. self-rising flour
  2. 1 (8-oz.) container sour cream
  3. 1 c. unsalted butter or margarine, melted
Instructions
  1. Stir together all ingredients just until blended. Spoon batter into lightly greased miniature muffin pans, filling to the top.
  2. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
